String Wound Filter Elements

String wound filter cartridges are among the most used filters in water and other liquid treatment processes. Their construction involves precisely winding a filtering string around a core (typically polypropylene or stainless steel), creating a dense structure with gradual filtration. The string forms filtration layers of varying density – looser on the outside and denser on the inside. As a result, larger contaminants are trapped on the outer surface, while smaller particles penetrate deeper into the cartridge. This structure enhances filtration efficiency and extends the cartridge's lifespan. String wound filter cartridges provide an economical and effective solution for mechanical liquid filtration.

We have our own production facility, allowing us to quickly select and deliver filters that meet the client's specifications and the most rigorous standards.
