Plastic filter bag housings
Allfil’s standard plastic filter bag housings HBP-2 and HBP-1 series are available in 6 bar and 10 bar. Plastic filter housing is suitable for removing contaminants especially from brackish water or seawater as well as aggressive liquids such as acid. Plastic housings are often used in application, where stainless steel housing cannot be applied due to corrosiveness of medium.
Plastic filter housing is made from polypropylene or polyethylene materials, which are highly resistant to various chemical agents. The position of inlet and outlet configuration might be changed according to customers’ requirements.
Material
Polipropylen (twardszy i bardziej odporny na wysoką temperaturę).
Polietylen (HD-PE) (bardziej elastyczny i odporny na pęknięcia przy uderzeniach, lepszy do chemii, agresywnych cieczy).
Dimensions
Obudowy plastikowe są dostępne w dwóch rozmiarach:
2 – pasujący do filtra workowego w rozmiarze 2 (długość 815mm)
1 – pasujący do filtra workowego w rozmiarze 1 (długość 410mm)
Connections and accessories available
- Thread (1", 2") thread BSP inside.
- Nipple (1", 2") thread BSP outside.
- Flanges 1 -4".

All our filter housings as a pressure tank are designed and manufactured according to European directive PED 2014/68/UE.
