Allfil’s multi filter housing HBMA-DT is a model made of stainless steel and has a special rugged eye-bolt closure with a hand wheel operated davit assembly cover. HBMA-DT filter bag housing has been designed for application requiring a high flow, large filtration area, high dirt capacity. HBMA-DT model is available for a number of filter bags from 3 filter bags up to 24 filter bags and available with a variety of connections and gasket materials.

Operating of the multi bag housing HBMA-DT relays on installing a set of bags into the filter housing, through which liquids flows. After the filter bag becomes dirty (the pressure or flow exceeds the permissible level), the filter housing should be opened and the bags must be replaced with new ones or, in the case of the baskets, cleaned and reinstalled.

All of our filter bag housings are pressure equipment are designed and manufactured according to the European directive PED 2014/68/UE. As a manufacturer of filter housings, we are certified by PN-EN ISO 3834 which proves that we fulfill the quality requirements regarding the welding process such as qualified welding supervision, using qualified welding technologies and employing certified welding staff. We take care about high quality and safety of our filter housing which are manufactured according to found and restrictive standards.

Multi filter bag housing model HBMA-DT fits for the filter bags in sizes 1 & 2. The housings are made of stainless steel type 304, 316, 316L, 316Ti. As a manufacturer we can design and produce each type of configuration.
