Mesh Nylon bag filters

We manufacture nylon filter bags for solid/liquid filtration, which are perfect for a temperature no higher than 120°C. Filter bags made with nylon monofilament mesh are more expensive than filter bags made from polypropylene or polyester felt but do have a wider micron ratings available from 1µm up to 2000µm (non-woven felt offers only micron rating up to 200µm). Moreover, nylon filter bags are easier in cleaning that’s why they are reusable and consequently they can reduce running cost. In the filtration process nylon bag filters are installed into dedicated filter housing and retain the solid particles. Also available are nylon filter bags which are resistant up to 190°C. These bags are made from nylon 6.6.

Nylon filer bags are produced most often in four standard sizes and are finished with a snap ring or plastic self-sealing collar. Also available are non-standard filter bags and customized sizes and finishes with various options e.g., with tape, string, reinforcing, double handles, cylindrical bottom, V-shape bottom and many more, which we can produce in some working days as a manufacturer.
