Lenticular Filter Housings (Disc Filter Housings)
Sanitary Lenticular Cartridge housings manufactured by ErtelAlsop are a modern solution designed for liquid filtration in industries that require high hygiene and cleanliness standards, such as the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries. The 12-inch 12PYDO housing with a double O-ring seal ensures the integrity of pharmaceutical and biotechnology processes by providing a highly polished housing with sanitary fittings, a vent connection, and no internal threads. The 12PYDO model is standardly made of 316L stainless steel, and the design allows for easy cleaning of the housing after disassembling the components and quick replacement of filter elements. The housing is sealed, preventing liquid leaks and allowing for internal pressure control.
