Absolutely accurate bag filters
Absolute-rated bag filters are high-efficiency filtration solutions designed to remove solid particles from liquids with a guaranteed, precise particle retention size. Unlike nominal-rated filters, which provide approximate filtration levels, absolute-rated filters ensure a defined particle size cutoff, typically achieving 99.9% or higher filtration efficiency. These filters are commonly made from materials like polypropylene, polyester, or nylon, and are ideal for applications where consistent product quality and process protection are critical.
ALLFIL designed three absolute filter bag series: ALL-50, ALL-100, ALL-500 series. Each serie has its own characteristics. All our absolute rated filter bags are fully compliant to EU Directive 10/2011.
ALL-50 SERIES – Efficiency > 99%
The ALL-50 series are fully welded and constructed of absolute rated FDA compliant meltblown polypropylene with an outer layer of polypropylene mesh. Dirt holding capacities of up to 300g/filter bag in size 2 (diameter 180mm, length 800mm). This serie is mainly suitable for contact with food and beverage, also used in final filtration of varnishes, vinegar and hydraulic olis.

ALL-100 SERIES – Efficiency > 90%
The ALL-100 series are fully constructed of an absolute rated FDA compliant meltblown polypropylene with an outer layer of polypropylene spunbond to prevent fiber migration downstream. Dirt holding capacities of more than 375 g/filter bag in size 2 (diameter 180mm, length 800mm).
Due to its three-layer construction has capacity to adsorb large amounts of oils and other crater-forming substances.

ALL-500 SEREIS – Efficiency > 95%
The ALL-500 series are fully constructed of multi-layered absolute FDA compliant meltblown polypropylene which combines a high efficiency, longer lifetime and higher dirt-load. Dirt holding capacities of more than 375 g/filter bag in size 2 (diameter 180mm, length 800mm). This serie is perfect for removing contaminants about gel consistency.
