PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene bag filters for dedusting
Our PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) air filter bags are high-quality filter bags with exceptional properties, widely used in demanding industrial environments where high resistance to temperature, chemicals, and harsh working conditions is required. PTFE, also known as Teflon, offers the highest resistance (among all needle felts) to acids, alkalis, hydrolysis, solvents, and oxidizers, with operating temperatures reaching up to 260°C in continuous operation. One of the unique properties of PTFE is its low surface energy, meaning it has anti-adhesive (dirt-repellent) qualities. As a result, PTFE filter bags effectively prevent dust from accumulating on the material's surface, making it easier to clean the filters and reducing the need for maintenance.
Available configurations
- Water and oil-resistant with PTFE base.
- With PTFE membrane.
- White fibers.
- Brown fibers.
- Spark/ember-resistant.
