Nonwoven Polyester bag filters
We manufacture polyester filter bags for solid/liquid filtration, which are perfect for a temperature no higher than 120°C. Also, in application containing high concentration of solid particles ensuring effective filtration in many industries such as oil and gas, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, water treatment, cosmetics.
Polyester filter bags are calendared and thermally stabilized to prevent migration of fibers into the filtrate. They are produced most often in four standard sizes and are finished with a snap ring or plastic self-sealing collar. Also available are non-standard filter bags and customized sizes and finishes with various options e.g., with tape, string, reinforcing, double handles, cylindrical bottom, V-shape bottom and many more, which we can produce in some working days as a manufacturer.
Media
Polyester nonwoven felt meet the EU/FDA regulations, it is treated with a glazed finishing to reduce fiber migration. Polyester material is perfect for removing both solid and gelatinous particles, it has high dirt loading capacity and is silicone free.
